Janisjarvi lakeside cottage resort

Camp grounds:

Janisyarvi resort is located in ecologically pristige area of Karelia, 8km form Russia/Finland border crossing post Vyartsila. It is surrounded by picturesque forest and sites on the shore of a beautiful lake Janisjarvi.
Janisjarvi means "hare lake" in Finnish, and the lake's shape actually resembles a hare on the map.

Accommodations:

Total capacity - 50 regular and 18 additional guests
"Elegant" bungalo  -  two 4-unit structures
"Family" bungalo - five 1-bedroom suites
8 summer cottages (3 with 2person capacity, 5 with 3person capacilty with possible additional person)

"Family" bungalo:

Comfortable furnished 1-bedroom suites with large terrace and view of the lake is ideally suited for family getaway.
The room amenities include: standard furniture set, 2 beds 90x200cm (or 1 180x200), sleeper sofa 140x200cm (2 pcs), refrigerator, tea kettle, TV, telephone (for local campground communications), shower, hair dryer, toilet, bed sheets, towels, toiletries. Free WiFi available at the cafe.

"Elegant" bungalo:

Comfortable bungalo with outdoor terrace (can accommodate groups up to 8)
Contains four 2-person rooms (with possible 1 addition in each). Room amenities include standard funiture, TV, two 90x200 beds (or one 180x200), bed sheets, towels. Common hallway contains table and chairs, refrigerator, tea kettle,  telephone (for local campground communications), 2 restrooms, 1 shower and hair dryer. Free WiFi available at the cafe.

Summer cottages with outdoor terrace:
Amenities include two or three 90x200 beds, table, chairs, TV, storage shelves, tea kettle. Outdoor restroom. Showers available in sauna from 9AM to 11AM. Beautiful lake view, 10 meters from the shore. Free WiFi available at the cafe.

We do our best to provide you with maksimum comfort. You can call the bar and order food delivery. Safe and convenient  lake access has been built for those who want to take a dip in a lake after sauna (or even take the ice water dip in winter).
You can purchase venik (tree branches with leaves traditionally used in Russian banya)
The whole family can take a short walk to the beach in the summer.
Banya can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons.
